She has a master’s degree in International Business Management from Riga Technical University and is a member of RICS. Olga has extensive experience managing multicultural client relationships and cross-border transactions and has established relationships with local, regional, and international investors.
She is skilled at structuring complex transactions, including lease negotiations, investment, and fund-raising elements, and has experience in real estate financing and budgeting. Olga has held top management positions at Colliers International and Newsec, where she led teams, implemented sales strategies, and maintained relationships with key clients. She is also an independent real estate investment advisor, providing consultancy services for real estate management, investment transaction management, and tenant/landlord representation.
Olga is fluent in Russian, English, and Latvian, and has additional training in entrepreneurial management from Riga Technical University.
